Cancellation Policy

1. Personal Belongings Customers must remove all personal items from the vehicle before service. Clean Drive is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left inside the vehicle. 2. Child Safety Seats For safety and liability reasons, we do not remove or reinstall car seats. If cleaning under a car seat is needed, it must be removed before your appointment. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows incur a $40 cancellation fee. 4. Unsafe or Extreme Vehicle Conditions Clean Drive reserves the right to refuse service for vehicles presenting health or safety hazards, including but not limited to: Heavy mold or mildew inside the vehicle Biohazards (bodily fluids, vomit, urine, blood, etc.) Excessive pet waste or infestations Chemical spills or other hazardous materials In these cases: The appointment may be canceled or rescheduled Additional fees may apply if cleanup is possible but requires extra time or materials Clean Drive is not responsible for any damages or exposure from these conditions 5. Access to Vehicle Customers must ensure: Vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time Keys are available if needed Clear space around the vehicle If we cannot access the vehicle, it may be treated as a missed appointment. 6. Service Limitations While we strive for the best results: Some stains, odors, scratches, or damage may be permanent Clean Drive does not guarantee 100% removal of all imperfections 7. Payment Terms Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments will not be confirmed until payment is received. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. 8. Pre-Existing Damage Clean Drive is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including: Scratches, dents, paint defects Loose or damaged interior components Any concerns should be pointed out before service begins. 9. Satisfaction Policy If you are not satisfied: Notify us before we leave the job site We will do our best to address any reasonable concerns on the spot 10. Right to Refuse Service Clean Drive reserves the right to refuse service if: The vehicle condition poses health or safety risks Conditions differ significantly from what was described
